While I am happy to have have a publication, evan as an appendix,
I have several concerns, in decreasing order of importance:

1. There were no URLs in the document when I viewed the RTF.
I do not know what someone would do with a document without the URLs.

2. A printed list of URLs is the antithesis of the living Web.
I would add a disclaimer that this appendix is a snapshot,
taken on <date>, and that the list is updated often,
based on link checks AND that links can be added using the
Suggest-a-Link feature on the page (I just updated the page
to clarify the feature).

3. It seems like a rather long document. I would drop the font
size for the descriptions.

4. The first section is really a table of contents for the page.
As such, it should not be numbered (it appears with "1" next to it,
and then "Books" appears with "1." but later is numbered 2).

5. I would put a slash at the end of the URL:
	http://www.acm.org/sigchi/intercultural/
