 *** DESCRIPTION / STATUS / RESOLUTION TEXT ***

 DESCRIPTION TEXT:

In production currently, all requests for documents as fax, mail,
or rush mail that are made on FS Web goes across to the document
suppliers as FAX orders. This only occurs on the Web version of FS.
The TTY version works correctly. This appears to be a problem with
 the Web interface.

Please reassign to Gary Perlman for resolution. NormanP

 DESCRIPTION......: DOCUMENT SUPPLIERS DISPLAY PROBLEM

 *** DESCRIPTION / STATUS / RESOLUTION TEXT ***

 DESCRIPTION TEXT:

There is difference in the number of document suppliers displayed
for the fax delivery method in Database Medline for TELNET
access VS. WEB access. The Web access method seems to only
display a maximum of 4 Document suppliers while the Telnet access
method shows 5. For example, connect to Medline and search
su:fibrosis using both access methods. Pull up the first record
" Influence of sample number ... " . Try to use the fax delivery method.
In the telnet version, 5 doc suppliers display. In the Web access only
4 display. This seems to only occurr in the fax delivery method.

FS Web is only displaying 4 suppliers for Fax delivering when
5 are available in any database. BlanchardM

I verified the findings and checked the DocServer log. All 5 suppliers
are returned. TTY displays all 5 but the Web is dropping the last
supplier CRL - Uncover. I'm requesting this problem report get reassigned
 to Phil Norman. Cathi Hughes
